The aim of a Naturopathic Consultation is to ascertain and understand where your symptoms are coming from. Whatever is bothering you, be it fatigue, sinus congestion, headaches or digestive problems etc there is always a cause. Sue’s aim is to find the cause and then help address the problem and restore your health and energy.

The consultation involves having a chat and finding out all about you. Your symptoms, your diet and nutrition, your lifestyle, your past medical history and family medical history are all put together to get the big picture of you. Then the appropriate testing will give a deeper look at your internal health. Once the picture is complete Sue can devise the best treatment plan for you.

For a general health assessment or for more simple problems a standard initial consultation is the most suitable. This includes the consultation, Bioimpedence Analysis and Zinc testing.

For more chronic problems, digestive issues, inflammatory disorders or more complicated problems then the long initial consultation would be more appropriate. A long initial consultation includes the initial consult, Bioimpedence Analysis, Zinc testing and In Clinic Health Screening.
